The Service provider reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service periodically without prior notice. Any new features that enhance or supplement the current Service, including the introduction of new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms of Service.

Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You can access the most recent version of the Terms of Service at any time at: https://blessuite.com/terms-of-use.

Violation of any of the terms outlined below will lead to the termination of your Account. While the service provider prohibits such behavior and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that the service provider cannot be held responsible for the Content posted on the Service, and you may still be exposed to such materials.

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

• Access to the Service is permitted only to those who fully agree with the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service agreement.
• You acknowledge that this Terms of Service Agreement and the relationship between the parties shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles or international conventions. Dispute resolution exclusively falls under the jurisdiction of the Sindh Court of Pakistan.
• To complete the signup process, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information.
• Your login credentials may only be used by one individual; sharing a single login among multiple users is prohibited. Additional logins can be created according to your plan's allowances.
• Maintain strict confidentiality over your passwords and Account details. Notify the Service Provider immediately at info@blessuite.com if unauthorized use of your password or Account is detected.
• You are accountable for all Content posted and activity conducted under your account, even if posted by others with accounts under yours.
• The Service must not be utilized for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, when using the Service.
• You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm the Service Provider or other users of the Service in any manner.

• The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities if not stated otherwise. The Client will be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
• Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. The service provider does not accept any liability for such loss.

• You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. For assistance with the cancellation procedure, please contact info@blessuite.com.
• All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled.
• If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid-up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.
• Termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.

• The service provider retains the right, at its discretion and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice.
• The service provider disclaims liability to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
• The Client acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the Service may undergo changes without prior notification, as the Service Provider continuously innovates and enhances the Service.
